"Purchased 2 fragrances I normally buy and know the smell very well. Package delivered within 2 days in test pack as ordered. BUT it smelled absolutely fake, fading after few minutes and the color of the parfums was different than usual. Not sure if they deliberately sell fake stuff or they just buy the old crap from producer that is simply malfunctioning. Return policy is applicable unopened bottles, so 70$ waste of money, will never order from this thieves."

"The last few times I’ve ordered from fragrancenet.com have been troublesome. I ordered my boyfriend and I eleven fragrances on Tuesday, to be sent to his house. We’re in a long distance relationship and we both frequently travel back and forth from Chicago to Atlanta. Because we do this we rarely check bags, when we fly...only a carry on. So, right now we’re both working toward having most of what we need at each other’s homes already so that we’re able to continue to keep it light. For those that fly, you know that it can be a hassle to get through TSA with things like toiletries and beauty products. So we’re focusing heavily on that. So, again Tuesday I ordered both perfume and cologne to be sent to his house and paid for faster shipping. Wednesday I received an email from fragrancenet.com that they would only send them to my billing address. Okay, so they’re trying to protect me from fraud, it’s a larger order. I understand, I respond to the email and didn’t get a response, I responded again for the second time the next morning, maybe 18 hours later and try to call. When I called I got a message saying that all the representatives were busy and they were unable to take me call. A few hours later they send another email just like the first email they sent and I again responded for the third time. By the third email I was irritated because I wanted to make sure that the items would be received by Wednesday the next week. We’re planning to be out of town Thursday and there won’t be anyone at my house to receive the items. But there will be someone at his house. After responding for the third time to their email telling me that they’ll only send my items to my billing address I received another email from them stating the same thing however, the email was worded differently. I once again respond. A few hours later I receive another email from them confirming they’re sending my items to my billing address. It is now Friday(New Years Day)and my items haven’t even left the warehouse. My request to have the shipping costs I paid to be refunded (seeing as how there is no way to ever expect a speedy delivery) went unanswered. Fragrancenet won’t be operational again until the fourth of January(Monday) Six days after ordering. It’s a holiday, I get it. But... what I have a problem with is fragrancenet telling me that they’ll only send my items that I paid for to an address they feel is safest for them to go to has me livid. If there’s a security issue then verify and send my things where I want them to go. So now I have to wait to get my items then pay the Post office to send them to Atlanta). The second thing I have a problem with is for the shipping I paid for. More than likely they won’t even send my items out until Wednesday (hopefully) because of an issue on their end and an inability to do things in a timely fashion so that those patronizing their business aren’t inconvenienced. That’s not two day shipping. It’s never taken a week to get my order shipped, two days usually. Two days for the order and two days shipping, you add in two days for delays. Six days tops is what should be expected. Six days later will be next Tuesday minus New Year’s Day. I am so disappointed in the service at this point and this is the second time this has happened. But third times a charm. I’m really debating canceling the order and I really don’t want to. I’m an extremely temperamental consumer. They will lose my business if this continues. It starts with one person and then the next thing you know they’ll be out of business. I’m really a beginning not to like them and I once loved them. Learn how to treat those that support your business."

"If I could give 0 stars i would. They sent me two items, out of my 4. I called to see when I'd get my items and was advised they were out of stock. I asked when i would receive them and when/how I was notified but was told they don't notify you any way but refunding the money. I looked, 5 business days later, had not received a refund. I was told, wait two more business days. I asked to speak with a manager and was advised was one was not available. I let the associate know I'd wait and then was told the only was to speak with a manager is through email. All the week before Christmas, even though I ordered before December. First time and last time I go through this company. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY! "

"Bought 5oz bottle of perfume received a 1.5fl oz. Sent 5 emails - No replies. Luckily I paid through Paypal after contacting them, I then received an email from F/Net advising where to return the perfume. Cost $24 to return the goods, I eventually received an email advising they refunded by credit card the original cost of the perfume. I found this most amusing as I did not pay by credit card & also they stated that they would reimburse the cost of the postage if it was their fault - Well it was YOUR FAULT but no refund of the postage, which I am sure cost more than the tiny bottle of perfume!! How very fortunate was I that I paid through Paypal as they have now refunded me in full including the cost of the postage. This firm is disgusting to deal with if there is a problem I will NEVER deal with them again and have told all my friends & contacts about my bad experience. Fragrance.net you should realise that customer service goes a LONG way - pays to buy from Ebay who always stand by their customers."
"I bought two perfume for my sisters birthday with the shipment date and arrival date of 12/1/2019 . I Receive a notification that the item was delivered while I was at home, I did not receive any package from any carrier and it was not in my mailbox . I send an email to fragrance.net informing them what had happened no one seems to care. My sister’s birthday is today and I don’t have a gift for her “sad”!!! I know that a gift was purchase and No care or concern is shown by the customer service representatives . No one have the common courtesy to reach out to me. Stick to the evil you know “AMAZON” will never and have never treated any customer this way. I am a first time and last time customer."
"I’ve been a customer well over five years, never had a problem. However my last order was about Mid August and one of the bottles of perfumes smelled extremely old. Like it had been sitting for a very long time. But FragranceNet has some very nice customer service people and when I called to tell them about them about it the young lady issued a postage paid return shipping label and after they receive the return they will issue a full refund. No haggles and all done very pleasantly. Thank you fragrancenet you still have a loyal and satisfied customer. "
