"I placed an order a week ago. They took my payment but no confirmation email sent until days later. Called 2/1/2023 for an update on my order. I was on hold for 15 minutes and finally the representative said 'Oh yeah, part of your order is being shipped from a different warehouse to ours'. Nothing was communicated via email about this. She said give it until Friday. Yesterday early morning I received an email saying my order is at the warehouse. Great, I would expect it to be mailed out since it was early morning. Wrong. I got on chat this morning, 3/3/2023 and asked about why it's been there since yesterday and still not shipped. BTW, the only part of my order that was at a different warehouse was a small vile sample. The kind you receive at Macy's at the counter so no repackaging needed. Lori P said it will be shipped by the end of today. They've had my order for a week and it still hasn't shipped. I requested cancellation and a refund."

"Good experience in the past but here’s my latest one…Bought a bunch of items for Christmas gifts on 12/11/22. Get an email a week later on 12/18/22 saying my order is in the warehouse and delayed. I email them asking what items are delayed and if they can ship what’s in stock. I receive a response of “we cannot remove items from the order”. "I tried to place an order for EDP and when I tried to proceed with my payment their web page timed out and asked me to redo the payment as it never went through, I tried again and the same error happened 2 times. So I decided to do it the next day. I was surprised when I found that FragranceNet.com charged my card 3 times. I have been trying to reach out to the customer service by email and on the phone for the last 3 days and no one get back to me. "I had a problem with my initial order. Which somehow wasn’t in their system, but was paid through my PayPal account. I had to go through PayPal to get a refund, bc they couldn’t find it (no order # was issued @ order time). They wrote me back immediately when I contacted them through their website. So I went ahead and re-ordered through them again. Only AFTER I made sure my online account had actually taken,& I received a text / email notification. Their prices are REALLY good (@ least for what I was looking for),& items were shipped about 3-5 days later. I’d definitely order from them again. "I ordered a few weeks ago. I screenshot my order as I progressed. The prices quoted and agreed to were charged at over 50% higher. I contacted the company repeatedly including the manager via email with the screenshots. I told her not to ship before correcting. She said she’d get back to me. She never did. They shipped it and adjusted the billing a third time with a 20% overcharge still left on my card. I advised my bank. I had to get a new card to stop further fraud by FragranceNet. The bank is investigating the fraud. I do not recommend anyone use this company! Reputable companies fix errors. Disreputable companies avoid fixing errors. Which tells me they are not a trusted company. On the BBB website they have a 1.9 star rating.
