"I purchased 700 rounds of their remanufactured ammo about 3 weeks ago. I was excited to have found such an affordable supplier of 9mm, as I do not reload. My enthusiasm turned to disappointment, as I experienced at least 5 miss fires per box. I contacted the company and they informed me that they had a new primer supplier whose product proved to be unreliable. They offered to refund me for the rounds that proved bad. I declined the refund and inquired if there new ammo used the same primers, they said they do and have the same issue with misfires.

So until they can guarantee that the primer issue has been resolved, I will not purchase from them.

I shoot about 2000 rounds a month. And will continue to pay a bit more for reliable ammo.

"Ordered some new .308 match ribs to try out. Order was placed, fulfilled, sand received within a week. I don't have calipers or a comparitor so I can't measure them but all rounds look good with no misaligned bullets, old brass, or other damage. Primers are not sealed but look to be seated consistently.

The only issue was that on the outside of the packaging was a sticker that read "9mm Luger". I assume this means that someone got a box of that with a sticker that reads "308 Winchester". A little confusing and could imply some QC issues but all in all not a horrible experience.

If it shoots **** well as it looks it'll fall under the "quality ammo at an affordable price" category"

"Very unprofessional company. I ordered 1000rds of 9MM and received someone else's order which contained 200rds of .380

I then try calling customer service and it just keeps me on hold until finally going to a voicemail. I leave a message and proceed to send an email explaining my issue. Later that evening I received a reply requesting pictures of every side of the box and complete contents of the box. The picking list included in the box had someone else name, address, phone number on it, so I'm assuming my picking list and personal info is in someone else's possession.

I was then told to print a return label and mail the package back. I don't have a printer so I requested them to send me a label in the mail. No response.
I asked if they could arrange for UPS to pickup. No response.

So I had to go to the UPS store on my own time to fix their mistake. I had to make 2 trips to the UPS store because it was closed due to weather the first time.

I finally get the package mailed off and the only compensation I was offered was a lousy 7% off my future order.

That is a slap in the face considering the hassle of having to wait even longer for (hopefully) the right package to arrive and making unnecessary trips to UPS to fix their mistake. I wasn't expecting a huge compensation, but I figured at the very least they could refund my shipping charge or maybe send me a free ammo box or something.


I will not be purchasing anything else from Freedommunitions "

"I've placed multiple orders recently with Freedom Munitions over the past two months and have experienced an average of a week to a week-and-a-half wait before my order is shipped. I have only used their Remanufactured and American Steel ammo and have had good experiences with them.

Their prices are some of the lowest available, but their slow shipping/processing times negate any actual savings if you need ammo within a week of ordering. I would only order from Freedom Munitions if you do not mind waiting at least a week for your order to ship, even if the product you are ordering is labeled "In Stock."

As of 7/8/16, their order processing times are now 10-17 business days as per their homepage."
