"I was able to enter my Vehicle information and feel confident that I found the correct part because they showed a picture diagram of what I was looking for. The only problem I had was at check out. The system couldn’t find my address so I entered into the shipping section instead of using the check box Same as Billing and it still couldn’t find my address. But I went ahead and finished checking out since I had entered my email and phone number. I figured they could contact me if they couldn’t see the address. I was very pleased with my visit and use of the website. Thank You for making it so user friendly."

"Toyota's parts are excellent, however the ordering process on this website is confusing and requires a lot of detective and guess work to determine if you have selected the correct part for your vehicle.
Updated illustrations would be extremely helpful. Toyota has such potential to have a marketplace like other distributors like Amazon but is lagging in the past with customer communication.
I know it would be difficult, but a wish list item would be to have an optional 3D view of the parts and the ability to select exactly and easily the part one needs."

However, it would be nice to have other features, such as a photo of the part, or even assembly instructions be included in this stage of the buying process. Would help me to know what other parts I may need to replace just to refit the new part."
