"I went in on Jan 6th to ask for some help on making a payment for my policy I was help by Jasmine T. The assistant manger at the harbor location. At the time of me being she offered me a different policy that sounded like better deal before checking and asking me the appropriate questions she tans my card that I had handed her prior so she can process my payment for the policy I already had! After charging me and realized it wasn’t a company for me she proceeded to cancel the policy that I already had so she says she canceled it! And cancel the policy she offered to me now I have 2 cancelled policy’s no car insurance she proceeds to tell me she canceled my old plan she has to rewrite it and charge me. I leave for the day with one policy and a refund that is supposed to take 5 hours to be put back in my account 2 and half weeks later I receive my refund and receive a call from my car insurance that I now have a new policy but and old policy that wasn’t canceled correctly and still owe money on wth do you mean this had been a mess I’ve called 4 times to speak to the person that help me she’s never in to help me other people say. They are going to call me back to follow up they haven’t I was finally helped by the manager that was supposed to call me back on Wednesday with updates it is now Friday and I haven’t heard anything this hasn’t been a pleasant experience I don’t think I will be going back after all of this get settled "
