Several calls to their customer service Dept & they refuse to Refund the money. They say they can't contact the vendor who sold the tickets. Do not trust this site. "

On other websites, they give you an address to go pick up the tickets and that’s not great. But Frontrowtickets.com is pretty sharp on that, very smooth. You just bring the confirmation at the event.
