"Overall I am very satisfied with my experience with FrozenCPU. I ordered a Swiftech H-240X cooler. Order arrived very quickly, within 2 days I think. When my order first arrived and I opened it, I discovered I had been sent the H-140X by mistake. At first I was highly agitated because it was the wrong item, and it was Friday afternoon. I had planned on building this computer on Saturday. I wasn't able to get in touch with them on Friday, however, when I spoke to them Saturday morning, they sent out the correct item immediately and also sent a pre-paid return shipper for the wrong item. The correct item arrived on Tuesday, and was in great condition. Overall a very good experience, especially since something was wrong at first. They did not hesitate to make it right, and do it quickly.
