"This computer case is huge, and I knew my local store had some in stock only about two weeks ago, so when the website told me they were out I figured there must have been a bug in the system. I called the store, talked to an associate, and decided that having it shipped (apparently by the 18th) was better than waiting all the way to the 20th and then driving to the store.

One thing that could be improved is that the "Your call is important" message gets rather annoying after about the first four times."
