That said, FRY'S is the best, with quality products at usually great prices, and friendly and helpful employees with a MANAGER (that would be BLESS!!!) who is readily available in the rare event one or the previously mentioned pluses goes wrong !!!"

"Most of the back up items have been canceled. Product Advertisement Availability are misleading. When products were advertised available for weeks but you guys did not honor the same sale product availability for that price."
"CC transactions were a real problem -- I tried 3 different cards and they all failed. I eventually had to call AMEX to release a fraud alert and resubmit for about the 5th time to have it go through. I consistent received errors of 'invalid card', or 'a problem with your card' which were very vague and unhelpful. I had almost given up entirely and gone to NewEgg where I have never had such trouble!"
