"First off, for an electronics store, you have a very broken website.
First, we used our smartphones to try to shop and do a store pick up. The website defaulted us to a Cali store, when we chose the Duluth, GA store. Constantly. We would literally click duluth, GA , only for the next screen to tell us that its available in Cali. So we hopped on the computer to order, which proceeded to delete two items in our cart when we logged in, so we had to re-add those. Then, the website didn't give us free shipping the first time. Finally, we had the site tell us two different ship dates. One on June 1st and the next on May 18th. The survey was the easiest part of this transaction. A bit of an embarrassment for a store who was originally the candyland of computer technology aficionados. "
