"Good prices and products, but I wish they said why it said my card was invalid online. I didn't know if it was because I had entered a different shipping address than billing or I made a typo or what. It turns out the card issuer put a security block on it because the purchase price was higher than my average. Not Fry's fault, but they could have explained better online why it was rejected. Was it on their end or the card issuer?
So I called Fry's. The first time I was cut off. Second time they said it was the card issuer. So I called the card issuer and had them fix it. I then successfully placed my order online. It ended ended up taking over an hour for what should have been a simple order. I partially blame Fry's for this for not having better online error messages and cutting me off."
