"I saw an item I had been looking for on the day's promo code add. I looked at the listing, logged into my account, added the item to my cart and went to checkout. I entered the promo coded, only to be told that it was either invalid or didn't apply to the item. I tried again. I tried calling, but the robo-voice didn't answer my questions and didn't give me a clear path to a human. I waited until later in the day and then, miraculously, the promo code worked."
