"Great, easy and easy ok great"
"Took multiple tries for free shipping to register. "
"Great and easy to order thx u"
"I found what I was looking for fast and easy"
"Even though your website states it accepts American Express, it does not. Wasted precious time trying to get it to work."
"The title really says it all. I was prepared to buy items totalling over $500 (in addition to what I did buy) but the items I wanted were "not available for online shipping." Too bad for both Fry's and me"
"none required at this time"
"Most always I am satisfied with product availability in the store, and always find a satisfactory selection of gadgets wires and connectors online. Customer service is excellent. "
"Shipping process seems a bit slow, 10 days to deliver within California?"
"I got the hard drive I was looking for at a little better price than Amazon. But I know if there's a problem I have a store I can take it. "
"Everything was excellent A+"
"Found the 3d TV I was searching for at an incredibly low price at Fry's using the promo code. I just ordered it so I cannot speak for delivery or the condition of the product until it arrives."
"Why wouldn't Fry's accept my American Express???"
"I called Customer Service to verify that there was no signature required on orders under $250, as I learned on an order a couple months ago. The Rep COULD NOT offer me a simple yes or no answer, instead explained something very simple in a very round-about manner. I finally asked him to answer the question, yes or no. He stated that he was going to have someone else answer my question as he "didn't like my tone." Very rude. He eventually came back on the line and assured me that anything under $250 was shipped without a signature required. I apologized for being persistent about this issue, however I operate out of a home office and am in and out throughout the day and cannot commit to being around ALL DAY for a package to arrive. If I know in advance that a signature is required I can have the package shipped to an alternate destination,
Fry's Management, pay careful attention to this: your products can be purchased through many other outlets. Do not take your customers for granted. Your customers are doing YOU a favor by ordering their products from you, not Fry's doing the customers a favor by selling them their products. There is an old adage in customer service: the customer is always right. Yes you can play hardball and attempt to show the customer who is boss - you will lose. Never argue with a paying customer. Had this item I purchased not been such a GREAT deal I would not have ordered it from you based on this experience."
"good service, satisfied customer"
