Different than picture

"Ordered a new “Knurled Nut Tool” to replace one that I purchased from you a couple years ago because the tips of the driver are breaking off. The website pic is a different, better design. I ordered the new design pictured and it arrived as the same old design that I currently have. Disappointed. "
