"The item I ordered was not available but in the website said “in stock”. My prefer went trough and my credit card was charged. The next day I got a spooky email that the item is not available and it will be shipped as as soon as they restock it. I called and spoke with very rude rep that flatly told me that they don’t update availability on their website. No apologies, no responsibilities for collecting money without providing a product. Well, I wish I can promise people to deliver something, get their money and don’t have a care in the world that I can deliver. "

"I have had a problem with my line 6 amp for awhile, the LED panel just got weird and blotchy and unreadable.. decided to open it and take a look and sure enough the LED is replaceable ... so I decided to see about ordering it.. Full Compass was the only company that had it at a reasonable price for sale and in stock!! I am super satisfied with Full Compass!! Arrived SUPER FAST!! and I am going to install it right now!! I have never seen the led display on this ampI got this amp for $20 bucks because the LED display was bad.. wow. I cannot wait to program the patches!! "
