Their reply was that I need to contact Izotope. It's crazy! Why can't they send me a link to a working download? I a an assuming that the rep was new and not very smart, but if they don't send a link then I want a refund. Why should I pay them, then have to go to the developer myself? "

"Perfect don’t change anything"
"I needed my item shipped via 2 day air so it would arrive on time for a foreign trip. The next day I got an email saying you couldn't ship but you had already debitted my account, even though I emailed to cancel. I called and was told the item was ready to ship that afternoon. The delivery date passed and the item did not arrive so I called again and as it was now the weekend your office was closed so I emailed again, with the response that indeed you could not ship so I called again on Monday as the funds, including shipping had been taken from my account. After a very long wait I finally spoke with Kyle who said he would direct the business office to refund me. The refund did not appear in the 2-3 days (why so long?) promised on your site, more like a week to 10 days. Not impressed. I will say Kyle was helpful and the only reason I gave 2 stars and not one. Communication could absolutely improve."
