The problem I’ve had relative to other online musical sites is that I can search for a product using the exact brand name and model and it won’t show up. Then I call my sales person and they’re “oh yes of course we’ve got that”. It’s frustrating because I have to contact a salesperson that should be helping other people instead of helping me try to find something that’s nonexistent on your website search but that you carry. I think an upgrade in your software is essential. Thank you for asking."
