Where’s my item?

"I was able to place my order with no issue, but once placed, it stated that the item was out of stock and there is no expected ship date. I called and was told that they would look into it and get back to me. No one has contacted me at all. I called again and they said they placed the order with the manufacturer, but have no idea when it’ll be there to ship to me. "
