"We had a problem with the lamp purchased flickering. Upon contacting the seller, they immediately send out a ballast part and it was easily replaced and the lamp works perfect now. "The daylight bulbs for the torchieres we ordered were not in stock so there's a wait time on delivery of a month. We're yet to see the 2 desk lamps (I had to request that they not be held while filling the rest of the order, was surprised they didn't send them right out) or torchiere's to be able to comment on the product.
