"I love their lamps...bought one six months ago but knocked it over and broke it. My most recent purchase is two torchiere lamps, but I have had to wait for delivery because the bulbs are on backorder. I'd love to give them a 5-star rating but am disappointed about the wait and the lack of communication about my order."

"FullSpectrum website listed another product when I did a search for the product I wanted. Two links appeared when I searched for the product I wanted to purchase, the first link was under repair, so I clicked on the second link and purchased>>>>It was the wrong product, both pictures used were the same""" I had to return the wrong product and re order new, and pay the shipping on the new product, FULL SPectrum would not offer anything on the shipping."

"The first lamp stopped lighting in one day. The replacement lamp did not light at all. Furthermore I did ot request a replacement as after the first failed I wanted to rerurn it not exchange it for another. So representative misinterpreted my email meassage, then a second non-functioning lamp arrives. What a lot of trouble to send them back. I would think you could do better in customer service and merchandise."

"I received my spectrum lamp and the lamp shade was broken, then by the time the rep from Spectrum Solutions called me back the entire lamp quit working. The rep told me she would be sending me details on how to send lamp back but have not seen email yet to do so. Please send email to ****@****.

"I couldn't have asked for anything more. Some years ago I had given a family member a flexible floor lamp which broke recently and he was so lost without it, he contacted me to see where he might find one. We talked on Saturday; I ordered it on Sunday and it was delivered on Wednesday and the merchandise was even a step above the original gift. "
