"The customer service was very curtious & pleasant to interact with & was very knowledgable of all the furniture we looked at & chose to purchase. However, we exceeded the amount of the $1999 to be elidgable for the 32" flat screen TV & the clerk we did our money transaction with said we did not spend enough to be able to obtain the free Television & we needed to spend approximatley $30 more. Also there is a mistake on our receipt on the color of the living room suit we selected & have the wrong color on order. So we now have to go back & get the mistakes resolved."

"I'm disappointed in the quality of the product itself. The "leather" is cheap and very flimsy. I have always purchased furniture at NFM but my neighbors recommended Furniture Deals as a way to support local business. Unfortunately the leather sofa my neighbor has (3 years) is being held together with tape. I am thankful I purchased the extra warranty but disappointed in the scratch on the sofa already, the coffee table came into the house unwrapped and marred. Customer service immediately reacted as well as replacing the failed motor within 1 week of having the reclining sofa. Just very disappointed in the product. Both sofas had tennis shoe prints on the seats when brought in. Delivery men were very nice, just unprofessional to deliver them uncovered/unprotected with footprints on both of them..."

"This is the worst company in the entire world that I have ever dealt with. I ordered a bed and a loveseat on July 2, 2012. It took them until Aug 13, 2012. The loveseat was not what it appeared to be online so I refused it. I am still waiting for a refund minus restocking fee with no refund date given. The bed I ordered, the rails were damaged and I refused the whole order since you can't put a bed together without them. I was told the day of my deliver I would be contacted my Furniture Deals to talk about what was next. A month later I contacted them after hearing nothing.They delivered new rails without the rest of the bed.Then the next day they delivered the headboard and footboard. The bed has damage to it and I am still dealing with issue. I have never had to deal with a company the such horrible customer service in all of my life. If this ever gets resolved to my satisfaction I will be very surprised. I will never order online from this store ever again."
