"Was a great experience. We went in at 7 pm to get a kitchen table and we had the table selected and warehouse verification done/out of the store by 7:35. We went straight to the warehouse and picked the table up with 5 min to spare. Will definitely do business again here."

"The sales rep, William, we worked with was great and extremely helpful. However, the rep behind the counter who actually made the order was not. She input all the information into the computer then informed us that the sofa was not in stock and would have to be ordered and then handed us the receipt. Since we were financing the purchase we had some questions. She informed us that all the information we would need would arrive in the mail. When we asked when the sofa would be in and about scheduling a delivery, she said that we would be contacted. She was very curt and acted as if we should have already known the answers to our questions. When we finally picked up the furniture a week later, the sofa was missing the transformer for the massage feature. When I called the store, I spoke to Michelle, who was extremely helpful. She called the warehouse to see if the part may still be there and discovered that it was not. She called me back right away to inform me that she would need to order the part from the manufacturer and would need the serial number for the sofa. When I called her when I got home from work to give her the number, she called me by my first name (very impressive). We received the part two days later. Needless to say, we were very impressed! William and Michelle made buying furniture from Furniture Deals a very pleasant experience. Oh, and the guys at the warehouse were great too! "

"My experience overall was ok. The furniture was ok and the price was certainly right. The saleswoman was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the way the store was set up and organized. The only thing I would say was not very good was the delivery scheduling. I found it very poor service that I wasnt contacted u til the day before delivery and then was given a 3 hour window that could not be changed. I understand that the delivery drivers need to have an efficient route but having absolutely no flexibility to accomodate the customers schedule is abysmal customer service. I told them that I had to pick up my children from school during my 3 hour window and was told that if that window didnt work for I could reschedule for a different day. I then asked if I would again be called with a window that didnt work with my schedule and was told that that could happen again. The girl on the phone was very nice and professional about all this and I don't fault her at all but I do take serious issue with the system. I would hesitate to buy from Furniture Deals again because of this. I could buy from Nebraska Furniture Mart and not have to deal with this kind of hassle.
Furniture Deals systems means I have to make myself available for the entire day since they dont call until the day before and if the delivery window doesn't work for me then I have to make myself available for another entire day and then hope that the window works better on that day but if it doesn't then the whole process apparently goes on and on and I could wind up with an awful lot of wasted time and no furniture that I already paid for. Bad bad bad delivery scheduling system."
"I love my dining table! The sales associated were very nice and so were the delivery guys. They had u table set up in no time! Although, I had to pay for delivery cost. I felt that since I paid over $800 I should've got free delivery."
