"We had a great expierence at the store while looking at tables. Good customer service while making delivery arrangements. The delivery men made me sign the invoice before I was able to view the table, which I was not happy to find a crack on the corner of the table. The men left in a hurry so I was unable to make my concern known to them but I made a call to the store and a new table is being delivered to replace the damaged one I first received."

"I would strongly advise not ordering from this company online. I placed an order for a loveseat and couch in early January. My card was charged, fine, but it's now mid February and the order has not shipped. I've spoken to them sereveal times, sent emails, etc, and have finally been told that my order is due to ship at the beginning of March which is over THREE MONTHS delay. They had already pushed this date back three times. So, I have no seating in my living room, can not have company and they keep changing the ship date. I was told the items were back ordered but they are still listed as current stock on their site. They are taking people's money for items they can not ship!!! I've asked for my money to be refunded without the 15% re-stock fee so I may buy another couch elsewhere - it would be really nice to have friends over - but they ignore me. I am not at all confident that they will actually ship my pieces. Nothing about this hasn't been shady. I'm pretty sure I've lost my money to this company. Even if I dispute the charge, they get to walk away with 15% for NOTHING. Do not order from them."

"I had a great experience shopping at Furniture Deals. The sales staff were very helpful. They did not hover and let me browse the store at my leisure. At some furniture stores, the staff will hover close by and that can be annoying. But that did not happen here. The furniture was high quality and the prices were competitive with other stores. I would definitely buy from FD again, and recommend it to my friends...which I have already!"
