"The show room was nice and had plenty of options. Part of our order was misloaded in the delivery truck (wasn't in there) and one of the legs on the couch was damaged. Someone tried to fix the splintered leg with a marker, rookie move. One of the delivery guys said he noticed it when loading, but didn't point it out to us - we found the oops. The misloaded part of our order was loaded the following day. "

The only inconvenience - I unknowingly received the wrong item at pick up and did not realize the error until the next day. I returned the next day and received the correct item promptly. The sales people were very quick with the exchange and very apologetic. We will definitely be back in the future."

"i ordered 3 piece livingroom set-had a very hard time to get delivery time set up. was told we need a three hour window 4hours 22minutes later i get a phone call saying they are on there way. merchantdise is out of shape has tears in them and snagged furniture and tried to play it off like nothing happened. was not happy that when you call and the answering machine you use tells you to wait for a representative then it hags up on you and you call back it does it again and again ad again. my experience has told me not too return to FURNITURE DEALS EVER AGAIN!! my impressions tells me all you care about is getting the money... i know that if we have concerns with our customers we correct the issues and pawn it off to someone else to take care of it. I SUGGUST YOU REVIEW THIS AS THIS IS NOT A GOOD FEEDBACK TO BOTH EMPLOYEES AND THE STORE. as i stated my experirence was very poor and as a result you lost me as a customer and one that will tell others about my experince too. "My salesman Brandon was excellent, was very helpful in my decision to purchase. The only complaint I have is when it was delivered. The boys who brought it were great, but they didn't check the inside of the tv stand, there were shelves in there that should have been put together, and some damage on the inside. They left and that is when I noticed the damage and the shelves. I decided that since it was on the inside and you can't see it, I would go ahead and keep it. The shelves I have no idea where they go, no instructions were provided. I still have not been able to figure it out, so I guess mine will go without shelves. "

"The furniture we picked out for my 12 year old grandson's bedroom was both attractive and well built. Our experience with Furniture Deals was positive from the beginning. My grandson and I first went to the store so that he could select what he wanted - we were looking for furniture that would transition hs bedroom from a boys room to a teenager's room and be durable enough to last him through high school. The selection was large and he had many styles and tones to choose from. The sales staff understood we were just looking and did not pressure us, The next day his mother and I returned and made the actual purchases and arranged for delivery. My friend helped me by picking it up and when we brought it home it had some scratches on the front wood panel.
