"This is the second time that I have visited Furnitureland South. On both occasions, I have had the pleasure of having Emily Tesh as my designer/salesperson. Emily, by far, exceeded all of my customer service expectations! She is friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very patient! Emily was able to answer all of my questions; providing me with prices and delivery time estimates as I browsed the numerous furniture vendors. After about 7 hours of shopping and inquiries, I finally made a choice on a couple of furniture items. After all of the time that passed, Emily showed ZERO signs of negativity (which I often experience when shopping at other furniture stores). My drive to Furnitureland South is 10 hours (round-trip), and I will definitely do the drive again for future furniture purchases.
To sum up...I think that Furnitureland South is the best place to shop for furniture, and Emily Tesh is an awesome asset to your company!

Didn't matter. We called him on his cell phone and he responded professionally, although 200 miles away! "This was the second time we worked with Becky Shaw and on both occasions we had an excellent customer experience. Becky is extremely knowledgeable and shared valuable insights on design / style / color options which helped in our decision making. The contracting process was seamless and Becky made the whole experience (twice) a real pleasure. In fact, I just reached out to Becky today with a question about a club chair I had seen online. She is able to order that chair for me at a significant discount well below the MSRP in the magazine featuring the same chair from the same mfg. I plan to order the chair tomorrow.
FLS is a great place to shop and if Becky is representative of the other designers then you can expect an amazing selection, terrific prices, and an amazing customer experience. FYI - we ordered a sofa, two Baker chairs and a coffee table from FLS in 1985. Early days, pre-internet but we saw a story about them in a magazine at the time and conducted the entire transaction by phone. We found furniture we liked at Bloomingdales in Manhattan and provide the info from the tags to FLS. They gave us the material requirements and we purchased the fabric and sent it to FLS. About 8 weeks later we received the furniture with the full mfg. warrant (i.e. lifetime warranty from Baker). All in, including the cost of the material, etc. we paid approx. 60% of what the same furniture would have cost at Bloomingdales - and the transaction was seamless, even then. I highly recommend FLS and Becky Shaw."
