"We are a government entity and order from a multitude of vendors such as Independent Living Aids, Maxiaids and LS&S Products. I highly recommend all of these companies! Future Aids is unprofessional in demeanor and product packaging. We ordered a thermometer and the batteries were corroded/ leaking due to Future Aids' inability to package them properly. They sent a replacement with the same issue, so we took pictures and sent to them, illustrating the corrosion, but they refuse to issue a refund even though the pictures clearly show the issues and I explained their mistake in not placing a "divider" to prevent the batteries from touching until they are to be used. Furthermore, they should win an award for WORST "customer service." They cannot be rude to customers and expect to have a profitable business. "

"Do not buy from this company. Incredibly rude and disrespectful. They do not care if there products work and do not care about their costumers nor do they provide any true customer service. Please read online reviews and look at the Better Business Bureau site before buying. You can also see all the negative comments on Facebook!"

"Called customer service to try and register a product, and the woman was rude, hung up on us, and when we asked to speak to a supervisor she told us not to call again and hung up on us again. So we are left with a product we can't use. Beware when ordering from this company."

"I purchased two talking keychain clocks. Since the clock was around $7, and a $10 purchase eliminates the small handling fee, I bought two. Shipping was free ("matter for the blind"), and the item arrived in a timely manner (around 10 days). This purchase was a good experience, so I'll probably buy from them again."
