Outstanding Customer Service, shipping, great products
"You can always tell how good a company is when there is a problem. I work for the NE Commission for the Blind & Visually Impaired and we do a high volume of business with LS&S. They have been one of the best companies to deal with and the most professional, even on the rare occasion when there is an issue with a product. Their shipping is fast and they package items well so they are never damaged in transit. Our NE representatives for LS&S are truly amazing and we are very grateful to have such an excellent working relationship!"

"We are a government entity and order from a multitude of vendors such as Independent Living Aids, Maxiaids and LS&S Products. I highly recommend all of these companies! Future Aids is unprofessional in demeanor and product packaging. We ordered a thermometer and the batteries were corroded/ leaking due to Future Aids' inability to package them properly. They sent a replacement with the same issue, so we took pictures and sent to them, illustrating the corrosion, but they refuse to issue a refund even though the pictures clearly show the issues and I explained their mistake in not placing a "divider" to prevent the batteries from touching until they are to be used. Furthermore, they should win an award for WORST "customer service." They cannot be rude to customers and expect to have a profitable business."
