"They have a phone number you have to call for returns that puts you on permanent hold and then hangs up after a few hours on hold. You can't return your defective item without them giving you an authorization number and you only have 5 days to get one. Obviously this is how they deal with returns - in other words they make a return impossible. "
"I ordered a Thomas the Train Pail for Halloween for my son on October 13th. The estimated delivery date was given as October 16th. After receiving my confirmation, it instructed "Please allow ample order processing time before checking the status of your order". I did not receive a receipt for the transaction until October 17th. It is now October 24th. My order still does not exist in the system of the link provided. I tried to create an account to contact them, but required fields did not work, preventing me from creating an account. I have been calling their provided phone number for the last 50 minutes and after selecting ANY option, you hear nothing, no ringing, no music, no estimated wait time, nothing. I have yet to talk to a person. I have sent an email to ****@****, and if they do not respond by the end of today, I am reporting them for fraud and taking steps to get my money back. "

"The shopping and purchase experience were good. The offer of a rebate on shipping was, of course, a positive factor in choosing to make the purchase. That did not turn out so good, though. It forced me to buy a membership in freeshipping.com, the rebate process did not function properly, it turned out to be a pain to get the rebate request submitted, they did not respond promptly, and it later turned out that they did not have a record of my submission of documentation (which was visible as a part of my submission). By the time I was able to cancel their service, I'd had to pay for a month of it. So, I never got my shipping cost rebated and ended up paying some for their service which they don't provide at all or at least on a timely enough basis to determine it is working."

Called and they were suppose to ship the 2nd wine glass, but now instead of to the original desitination, they were suppose to ship it to the bill to address and they ended up shipping it to the other address. What the heck?????
