"Item arrived quickly but was damaged. Very flimsy metal "time capsule" was dent and bent such that lid didn't fit on it. Paper letters that were included were also on very poor quality paper, thin and wrinkled. Got one of these 13 years ago when my son was born and the quality was much better. Will be returning, not exchanging."

I called multiple times and upon my fifth call was told I could get a refund because I placed my order in October. "The worst company I have EVER dealt with in the 36 years of my life. Ordered my costumes ($50 worth) on 10/16. They charged my card 10/18. On 10/24 I emailed them. No response. I called...busy signal. I called back it rang and rang with no response. Finally, 10/26 I called and spent 80 minutes waiting for an answer while listening to their music. When a person finally came on the line, she told me my package was sitting in their warehouse so they couldn't refund my order, that their website says "expect MAJOR delays around the holidays" and that there are no refunds for purchases in the month of October. I have never been so angry and won't stop sharing this story with everyone until I get every penny back. Not sure if I'll ever even see the costumes. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - EVER!"
"I don't normally write reviews but on this I had to! I ordered a costume on Oct 14th and almost 2 weeks later have not received it. I finally talked to them with online chat and they told me the order was boxed and shipping out on monday(its now thurs) but it still shows it has not been shipped on there website. After trying to call them about 10 times and getting a busy signal i finally got through. I have now been on hold for over 30 minutes with no one answering my call. THis is the worst company i have ever dealt with and i will never go through them again!"
