"The customer service at this joke of a business is horrendous! They falsely advertised something that they did not have in stock. I paid for the product and shipping, and received a completely different product. They did not want to let me return it, but then agreed to refund my money as long as I paid to ship it back to them. When I said that I would not do that, the supervisor NADYA started yelling at me and then hung up on me. Now everytime I try to call back, they put me on hold and never come to the phone! PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!"
"I recently purchased from these scam artists and when I sent it back UNOPENED they told me it was damaged. No credit nothing!!! I am disputing it with my credit card company. Not only that but I could NEVER GET THEM TO ANSWER THEIR PHONE!!!! Stay away from these fools. They should not be in business. The customer service fools I talked to were rude to say the least. "Jason" was his name. BEWARE! I can't help it if someone in their company can't open the original box and pull out a costume that wasn't even opened. Someone at their warehouse must have either gotten it mixed up with another or someone THERE wore it and put it back. I sent them a BRAND NEW UNOPENED COSTUME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

I was on hold for 39 minutes, after which the customer service representative hung up on me before I could get two sentences finished. No, I was not cursing or even yelling at the guy!"
"This place is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of! I've been waiting for these people to pick the phone up for an hour! I've had to listen to their crappy hold music and I haven't even been able to talk to a customer service agent yet. It's going on an hour and 10 minutes and I just want to hang up but I need to talk to their people. I tried looking for a place to email them but it directs me to a "crm help desk" that prompts you for a user ID to email them. What user ID? I tried looking around their website to see if I could create one... I can't find anything on their website that allows you to create a user ID... Why should I have to have a user ID to contact them through email anyhow? This is ridiculous. I want to contact this company but they make it completely impossible. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I hope I don't have to return anything because I'm never going to be able to contact these people.... Please fix this! They also said they would have everything shipped within 1-2 days. I ordered on Oct. 20 and they didn't ship until the 25th."

"I ordered engraved Flute Champagne glasses for a gift.
They are flawed, bubbled, and the engraving is messy and running down the glass. I have bought nicer glasses at the dollar store. I paid $40 for these cheap, ugly messy glasses and cannot give them to anybody as a gift. They will NOT let me return them. Do NOT purchase glass ware from these people.
