"After verifying the "Stock Status" link displayed "In Stock", I ordered two Rino 130s, accessories, and software. This was on a Monday. I never received shipment verification. I called Wednesday afternoon, to check the order status, and I was told they were too busy to talk to me. They stated that I needed to e-mail my inquiry. I turns out that they were not updating their "Stock Status" link and they were out of stock. They have now revised the link. I was treated rudely and do not recommend using them. Scott appeared to have no idea what customer service is about. I found several other on-line retailers that had full stock and had similar pricing. These places will also match pricing, if a lower price was found. (i.e. www.getfeetwet.com)"

"Excellent company! I bought a Garmin 60C from GPSDiscount.com at the best price I could find anywhere. Their shipping was reasonable, and they always use at least FedEx 2-3 day so you won't wait forever for your package.
I wasn't happy that the 60C didn't have dead-reckoning sensors for its compass, and I realized that I should have sprung for the 60CS in the first place. GPSDiscount happily issued an RMA for the 60C, and let me upgrade to the 60CS. They only charged me the difference in price, plus $10.00 for the shipping back to me.
Even though they told me that my returned RMA package arrived Monday, their busiest day for deliveries, they still managed to send my new GPS back to me ON MONDAY NIGHT! They sent it at like 7:00 PM. What a great company!

I did quite a bit of websearch on the StreetPilot III based on price, availability, and most importantly the consumer ratings of the vendor/reseller.
GPSDiscount had the item in stock, priced competitively, have a good shipping/return policy, provide online shipment tracking, and rated highly here at resellerratings.com which I use quite a bit before I buy anything online from vendors I've never dealt with before.
I ordered it on the 4th of July to take advantage of the $100 rebate offer from Garmin ending on 6 July.
The online ordering process was simple, straightforward, and secure. The order was confirmed with an email. I was then able to get status of the shipment online. It arrived six days later as noted on the shipment tracking information.
With the Garmin $100 rebate promotion, net price for the unit was $649. I also got a case from them for $20. And to top it off, GPSDiscount.com even threw in a free GPSDiscount T-shirt!
