My order had an item missing. Trivial it seems, but they were unable to make it right. Despite many mails to their customer service the missing item was never resent or refunded. A variety of excuses were used but no action was taken. A better name for this company would be GpsMiscount."

"This store was great. I've placed two orders. This one is the 2nd. The first order I asked for normal shipping (which they upgrade to 2nd/3rd day air for free if you order a navigation unit. I placed the order in the evening and decided overnight I wanted to pay for an overnight shipment. They replied with the cost quickly and it was there the next day.
This order was placed in the evening, shipped the next day. I ordered it ground....they upgraded to Fed Ex Express Saver.

"I found this store through GPSinformation.net. Upon going to the website, It appeared that the website was made when the Internet was first invented. So I was weary. I nosed around resellerratings and the Geocache forums. People seemed to like them. So I took a gamble. They offered free FedEx 2-3 Day shipping and the best prices on the GPS model I was thinking of buying. I ordered on Monday morning. I received the package from FedEx on Wednesday afternoon. Now, that's fast shipping. I opened up the box and everything was NEW and accounted for. Not only that, I got a free T-Shirt with their name and logo on it. Too bad it's XL. I guess most Americans are BIG. :) I have used the product for over a week with no flaws. With regards to their website: when making a purchase, I could click back and see my credit card information. Online stores these days have their encrypted pages expire after they are issued. Their security certificate is not signed by Verisign. Also, they didn't ask for a CVC1 or CVC2 code. Despite the way the Credit Card info was collected, I would buy a recommend them."

It might just be me, but I think that their website could use a redesign, or something. I found it rather difficult to find what I was looking for. For example, this software wasn't listed under "software", you had to look under accessories for a particular gps unit. The gps I wanted to buy was there one evening, the next morning, when I decided to order it, after much looking on their site, I couldn't find the page for it again. It was possibly removed for a good reason. In any case, I went somewhere else to get it. "
