"GPS city takes orders of items without any consideration for whether the incoming inventory will be sufficient to fulfill the order. As a result any dates listed will not be representative of when the order will be fulfilled.

With that said, customer service is responsive and will happily cancel the order if asked. "

"I had to refund a gift purchased from GPS City. When I returned the product, I received a notice that it could not be returned because it was a 'closeout item'. There was no indication of this when purchased, I checked all my receipts, confirmation orders, and packing slips and nothing indicated a return was not possible. I returned the item anyway explaining this. I did receive a refund, but not for the full amount of the item. I'm assuming this is because they charge restock fees, but this was not explained in the return confirmation.

Initially, I posted a 2-star review. Then a GPS City agent contacted me and provided an explanation about the products and charges for the return and offered to refund the restock fee. I was very appreciative that they would reach out with an explanation and try to resolve my concerns."
