"I ordered a CD box set. They claim it was sent, but I never got anything. After a while I filed a PayPal claim. Two months passed and I finally got an email from Laila at Grooves.Land asking me to cancel my PayPal claim, so they could send me a replacement product. She said this was "standard." Like a fool, I followed her instructions.
Then she requested proof that I cancelled the claim. So I sent her the PayPal notices to the effect. They she responded by saying they need confirmation that I cancelled my claim and I have to wait. It's now been several weeks and they just keep delaying and delaying, with no end in sight. It's as if they are deliberately trying to delay this, hoping I'll get tired of pursuing this. I also just noticed the Grooves.Land Facebook page is full of negative comments from other customers who were scammed by them."

After waiting for more than a month, the item was re-stocked, but instead of sending me my ordered copy, they decided to re-list the CD for twice the price (both on their website and discogs)! When being approached via their online contact form about this, they only replied ‘The item is currently not available. We are still awaiting its delivery’ which was an OBVIOUS LIE! I even called them, only to hear the same. Note, it is not a matter of different versions or conditions: there is only one single version of that CD out there, and I bought it as ‘new’ from them (which is how they re-listed the available copy). In my whole life I have never ever experienced such UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR from a record dealer!"

"The product arrived at my house in Argentina in just over a month, which is standard for free shipping from Europe. The game was in perfect conditions, but the cardboard box was broken and had a note from Correo Argentino (Argentinian Mail) saying that it arrived in the country that way.

"Have been vaiting for the vinyl few weeks while sellers periodicaly change warehouse entry date. Previous order was waiting more than a month and after that, it didn't came. At the time situation is the same with other item. On there site there is information, that vinyl is in stock, but in reality you have to wait for it a month and longer with no guaranty to receyve it. "

The item sat in the Netherlands (I'm in the USA) for a month, then in Chicago for the last five weeks. So this might be a USPS issue more than the seller. "I wouldn't have normally bought from Grooves Inc, especially given some of the reviews here, but they had an item for sale that I was having trouble finding elsewhere for a reasonable price. Since I wasn't sure about the company, I used a virtual credit card number. I got an email confirmation about the order, a receipt email the next business day and a shipping notification 3 business days from the order date. Since the package was sent from the Netherlands it took a while to get here. The USPS shipping/tracking page didn't show any updates for over 2 weeks after it showed that the package was accepted in the Netherlands. But it finally made it to the US and then I could see regular tracking updates until it was delivered. It was delivered exactly 1 month after the order was placed. The item was packaged well and arrived in great condition."

I ordered black and color inks, after a month received only black one, asked them why, they told me that if I still want to get a color ink they will ask from a supplier and send me after additional 3 weeks when they get it.
