"This is by far the worse site i have ever had the misfortune in using. I ordered a new nintendo 3ds from their site and was tol the following day the order had been cancelled due to a miss price. They didnt mention anything about a refund and refused to answer any of my emails on the matter. I raised a case via paypal and they still refused to answer any of my emails either through their site or through the paypal claim. It has been 2 weeks now and they sent me an email asking me to close the case on paypal so they could issue me a part refund. I doubt i would see my money again if i dropped the case on paypal.
2 weeks on and still nothing. It is going to take at least another 2 weeks before Paypal investigate the claim so i will be out of pocket for a month or more. Do not use this site. Very Very Very poor customer service, in fact non existent customer service. Believe me if something goes wrong with your order you are screwed. Use a more popular site even if it means paying a bit more as these guys are a joke"

"Disappointed with Grooves Inc. Ordered a CD that was unavailable elsewhere for a good price. Delivery took just over two weeks - which I was expecting based on other reviews. When it finally arrived they'd sent me the vinyl edition. Oops!
They said they would accept it for a refund but as posting vinyl recorded delivery costs anything up to £8-9 it would wipe out the value of any refund. Very unhelpful and impolite e-mails from them simply repeating over and over again that 'the advert was accurate' and that they would not cover return postage.
None of the e-mails I received confirming order etc specified what format I had ordered - so how are staff supposed to fulfill it correctly?
I still have the record! Will be easier to just re-sell it myself than get a refund from Grooves Inc.
Overall I'm disappointed, and wouldn't risk another order."

The packaging (flimsy envelope) had me nervous when opening it. And sure enough, the DVD case was shattered to pieces, inlay card/artwork damaged and the DVD scratched. Strike 2. When trying to communicate with customer service, the reps were entirely unwilling to solve the problem and flat out rude and condescending. DO NOT BUY HER!"
