"I hope your order goes better than mine. They sent me the wrong item and seem unable to remedy the problem. I have contacted them numerous times and they say they will reship the correct item. Then they send me emails with what is supposed to be the new UPS shipping number for the reshipment, but it is for the original shipment of the incorrect shipment. I am giving up working with them and will ask my credit card company to credit.

As of Dec 14, this problem has been resolved. There was a problem in the delivery (details irrelevant). Understanding what happened, GSI responded in a reasonable way. I would re-order from then in the future."
