"My unlock code was delivered quickly but instructions on how to use it were not included. Instead the body of the email directed me to search the knowledgebase on their web site for instructions specific to my phone. My specific phone was not listed and I emailed them for assistance. It took well over three business days for a response but it was cryptic and vague. Only then did I find out I would need a sim card from another carrier to unlock the phone. This was a critically important detail which was present nowhere in all of the information I reviewed on their site before deciding to buy the unlock codes. I sent them three emails and they only responded to one without even acknowledging that what they had sold me was essentially useless. I asked them for my money back and the simply never responded. So they took my money and gave me nothing in return as far as I see it. I would never recommend this company to anyone. To say I feel very dissatisfied is a gross understatement. I feel cheated and angered by my experience with them."

"At first I was very excited about having found an honest website that actually would deliver the unlock code for the money paid. This because I received the code(s) within 30 minutes.
But when I looked over the list of phones this code would apply I did not see my particular model and called in/sent an email to be sure.
Within a short time I received a reply with a bunch of additional numbers and symbols to key into the phone.
But those numbers given were only partially accepted by my phone and multiple phone calls and emails trying to correct this problem gave me the run-around for almost a week without any results. My last communication by phone via someone in India (???) led to no answer or reply from any of your technicians and I gave up.
I finally took my chances to lock the phone up permanently by typing in some of the supplied codes without any of the additional numbers given and I managed to unlock the phone.
But I must say, as efficient as you are by supplying the codes in good time, any follow up service leaves much to be desired.
Why on earth is one connected to some poor english speaking guy in India just to get a simple answer ??? "
