But after finished placing order, I received the wrong item (correct frame but wrong color).
I try to file RMA form, but after submission, there is no confirmation telling me whether submission is successful not not, this made me feel like this company is a scam.

I asked on RMA whether I can prefer an exchange than refund, but the only thing I got is just a return label, so I don't even know what will happen after I ship back the wrong product.

But the glasses finally arrived today January the 6th. They came in with fingerprints on the lenses, the frames were not clean or wiped. And also, Iwant to think the prescription is accurate??? Because when I take the glasses off I cannot read words from far away, and back on my vision is better.

If able to post photos of the frame and lenses I would. Overall I like the glasses but, the presentation needs to be cleaner. The glasses also came in with a authenticity certificate card with no writing on it. Just an empty authenticity card.

"I get my glasses from gaffos all the time. This time I was chosen for verification. Was told maybe I used a work computer or something else. I used my normal iPad to order as before but told to purchase again using pay pal. I was given my credit back and I ordered again using paypal. Now it seems something is going on with that.
