"Very unhappy customer here. I placed my first order, which was cancelled because the computer failed inspection. No big deal. I placed another order, received computer as agreed. It did not work. At all. Dealt with return procedure, which is onerous and time-consuming. Had to file separate request for refund instead of store credit despite returning computer immediately. Had to pay more than $100 to ship back. Shipping not refunded. Also was not refunded full price of item. I read about this company online and was convinced it was a good deal. Horrible experience. Directly negatively impacted my work, as I work from home. "

"Total bait and switch. Website let me choose from dozens of hard drive, memory and operating system options. I chose the defaults (lowest price) since I already had an HDD, RAM and OS, and then I placed my order. The next day I get an email: there is an issue and I need to call their Sales Dept. They say the unit I chose "failed testing", and the ONLY other one they have comes with Windows XP and upgraded HDD, which of course would cost much more. I cancelled my order and will buy elsewhere. I prefer vendors who sell products at the actual price listed instead of getting customers on the phone and trying to up-sell them on everything."
