Great Gift

"I would not say "somewhat satisfied", but that was the only option after Extremely Satisfied. We were Satisfied. The gallery wraps were great, I only wish they had arrived by Christmas. I have ordered many things in the past and it never took 18 days. It was not Gallery Direct's fault as we missed the guaranteed order deadline by one day. It was just disappointing that we had to give them after Christmas. They still loved them!"

Failed promises

"I ordered my product on Nov 30th and was told via receipt that it will be delibered within 10 bus days. It tool at least 22 days to arrive. And their customer service is very poor; as if I owed them for calling to inquire of my order. Im never buying from this site ever."

"I placed my order for two canvas prints on Nov. 29th and nothing received as of December 20! I received emails to review the items but how can I review when have not received them. Very disappointed. Ordered in past with no problems.

Great Customer Service

"I didn't really like what I ordered, but their customer service helped me out and gave me a discount on another product that would work better for my photo.
The only criticism would be that they don't have a tracking system to tell when
the photo will arrive.
Will shop with them again.

First-time Disappointment

"I placed my order back on Nov. 28th. I contacted GD 15 days later asking where my order was. I was told it was going to be another week. It's December 19th and I still haven't received my items. Nor have I gotten any updates or a follow-up to my contact.

To date, all I've received are an order confirmation and a charge on my CC account.

NOT a happy camper.

"I already had a 16x16 frame, so I purchased a loose print. Either my frame was too small or this print was too big because I had to cut a few millimeters off the border.

The image size was only 12x12, which was disappointing. I'd recommend getting at least a 22x22 so the image is 18x18.

The print was packaged poorly. The ends of tube were encased in reinforced packing tape so it was impossible to open. The package was also partially crushed by the carrier.

I've ordered loose prints and framed prints from GalleryDirect and Minted, and I definitely prefer Minted.
