"The picture is beautiful - but the canvas was not pulled precisely enough around one corner. One of the 4 is a bit looser than the others - causing the picture to bulge in a bit of a bubble toward the middle of the canvas. I'm not sure how to rectify it properly without damaging it. It arrived wrapped safely and completely, so I have to assume this happened when the canvas was being made at the source. A bit disappointed. "

"In the end, I am happy with the custom acrylic print I ordered. However, I will hesitate from ordering from GalleryDirect again for a few reasons.
1) Significant delays: My order ended up being a month late.
2) Poor communication: I had to call GalleryDirect several times after the scheduled deliver to check on the status of my order, each time told of more delay. No communication was ever instigated by GalleryDirect. The email listed on the site bounced every time.
3) The hanging feature on the back of my print was installed upside down. I had to adjust it myself.
That being said, the order was well-packaged and the print looks great on my wall."

"The title say it all! Couldn't find these pictures in the size I wanted and then found them on Gallery Direct. Not only got them in the size I wanted (excellent work on them) but they arrived extremely fast. My only complaint was I was told an e-mail would be sent when the items were complete and shipped but none came (and yes, I did check my spam folder for the e-mail too). However, I am not deducting any stars because the items were delivered to my door in half the amount of time I was told it would take to custom make. Excellent, work. Would buy from company again."

I never heard from the company that the order shipped so when I contacted them I received an email back informing me they have had problems with their machines. When I asked the obvious question when will it ship they said "approximately " 2 weeks. I'm one week in. We shall see. I hope you have patience I'd you order from this company. "
