"It has been a month since I ordered an item and I still have not received a confirmation that it has shipped. After repeated calls inquiring about my purchase, I still am nowhere closer to knowing what is happening with my purchase. They processed my payment immediately but can’t process my order. Safe to say I won’t be a repeat customer. "

"I love that I am supporting a local company. All my photos come out amazing and I’ve gotten many compliments. Only wish that they had an option to ship one order to multiple places. I’d pay the additional shipping. I would make it easier, especially during the holidays, to ensure the pictures get where I want them to go without having to take them to UPS or FedEx myself."

Around 12/20, I was told there was a delay.
I reached out to the company and was told that it was shipped last week, but it had not been assigned a tracking number yet.
It's now 12/31, and I have no painting or even a tracking number from the company.
I'm very frustrated."

"Ordered in plenty of time for Christmas, but only 3 prints arrived of 5 ordered. However, 1 of the 3 we got was of someone else’s family! Called customer service 8 Times over 2 Days before someone finally answered the accounting line. Told me they’d call me back but didn’t. Said it wasn’t their fault. Whose fault was it?? Said someone else must have gotten my pics- but didn’t care who. Because of the delay on their end they said it wouldn’t come In time for Christmas. Offered to help the other family get their pic but gd said to ditch the pic- that the other family could just call them. Said we didn’t need them to ship the rest of the order again (which I was told they would expedite but that I should be greatful because the typical turn around is 10 Days and they would do 5) but since it was going to be after Christmas I said no thank you. They said they’d refund but no refund has been sent. Snapfish saved the day w great service, better quality and got it to me in time. Never would use again. "
"The end product was great. The service experience left some to be desired. I never did receive an email confirmation on the tramsaction. I called back for status and was not given any helpful info. I was told I should get a status update in the next day or two which never came but the picture showed up the next day. They dont seem to communicate well with others in the organization. "
