"Art is subjective and ordering online is a risk. So, I'm taking the blame for not liking the piece. The color and size aren't what I expected. But the ordering and shipping process should be better. #1. I was given absolutely no information about what was going on. I think there was a generic "processing" message when I'd go back to the site to check but I had no idea what was going on with the order nor when it'd show up. I travel quite a bit and it'd be good to know when something's going to arrive. One day I heard a thud at the front door and there it was, weeks after I ordered it unannounced. That's it for me; the totality of my disappointment with the process here will lead me never to purchase art online again. "

"I wanted to purchase a pair of framed prints and accidentally ordered 2 different frames. I liked the prints but since they were going side by side on the same wall, I could not use them in different frames. On contacting customer service, I explained my situation and asked if they could assist me in exchanging the one frame without my having to pay the return postage, pay a re-stocking fee and then ordering the item again and paying for it again in order to get the matching print that I wanted. The only answer I could get from them was that since it was my mistake, there was nothing they could do for me. I am a returning customer of Gallery Direct and since I was not just frivolously ordering and returning their prints, I was very disappointed that they were not willing to compromise a little in order to keep me as a happy customer. The return shipping for one print was $63 - and they also charge a $30 re-stocking fee !!!! I'll never order from this company again."

This has created issues with my customers since it has doubled the waiting time in both scenarios. Customer service was helpful to resolve, but after two of the exact same issue, received no future discount or tangible assurance that the issue wont happen again. "

I found out that it had been damaged by FedX and was being shipped back to Gallery Direct. When I called Gallery Direct they were very nice but did not know about the damaged framed print. They said that FedX does not notify them. The only way they know is when a customer calls about not receiving their shipment. Gallery Direct said that they would try to get my print to me quickly, but I have not gotten it yet. "
