"Despite spending over $10,000 with GalleryDirect across 10 orders, I have not been able to receive a response despite five attempts (emails as well as phone calls). I was trying to get a sense for delivery timeline + to figure out how to expedite, which they indicate is possible on their website. Now, it has been a full week post order + payment and I have not received a response + we really need our artwork. GalleryDirect appears to be losing its edge and what once made it a good place to shop. Not going back and I recommend you don't. If they don't take care of a 10x customer that has spent over $10,000 with them, don't count on them taking care of you if you are new or haven't spent hundreds of thousands with them. Just terrible."
"I had ordered a 16 x 12 loose print not realizing that the image size would only be 12 x 8.I realized it after I had ordered it & read the information but it of course was to late.I just think $36.00 was expensive for an image size of 12 x 8.That size really doesn't do the image justice!

"It takes a fair amount of patience to search through the site to find the "right" pieces. And when you hit the return arrow it doesn't always take you back to where you were last. However, if you persevere and dig deep enough you can find some good things. There have also been some problems with tracking orders that the company is working to correct. "
"Received wrong items, wrong frames, mat had grease stains, and flecks I'm between glass and print. One frame also chipped even though it was the wrong one anyway. Requested return refund. Told 48 hours to process 15 days ago. Despite numerous calls, emails and chat and Talking to accounting still no refund. No one anwers any phone for the past four days. Horrible. Will have to file a chargeback. Reporting to BBB. "
"I ordered several pieces of art two to three weeks ago and was told they would ship at the end of last week. That was 5 days ago. Have left several phone messages, messages on chat, and email messages. I had planned to have my artwork up so visiting relatives could enjoy it. Seriously considering returning everything--if I ever do get it. Follow up by the customer service department is lacking. Very disappointed.
