"I ordered a few games on June 5. No email sent for a week so I queried GameOutfitter.com about my order. A day later, email came back saying a few games that were, I thought, "in stock" were "out of stock", they apologized for not sending me a delay-in-shipment email, and was asked if I wanted to cancel my order due to the delay. When I said I still wanted my order shipped (now 1.5 weeks later), they said it would ship in 48 hrs. 48 hrs came and past, no email/tracking number so I emailed again and GameOutfitter said more inventory would arrive later in the week and asked, again, if I want to cancel my order. A week passes and no email. Also no replies to my emails on when the new ship date would be. So I cancelled my order after 2.5 weeks of this. At least they didn't charge my credit card. So beware when ordering as their online website does not reflect real inventory (I checked if I could still order the games that were out-of-stock and the website allowed me to order them). Also, there's at least 1-2 days (if not longer) delay for them to email back to me. Oh, their phone number is an answering machine.
