"After receiving an order confirmation email, I have heard nothing from this company and have not yet received the games I ordered. I left a number of phone messages, and email messages, and as yet have heard no response from gameoutfitter.com. Fortunately, they have not charged my credit card, and if they do, I will dispute. I would never buy from them again."
"This company dropped the ball on 4 different occasions. I placed an order on 9/6 and was told in an email that my order would ship within 2 business days. About 5 days later I emailed to find out the status of the order and I was emailed a response on 9/13 and told at that time that one of the 4 products I had ordered was just put into stock and that my order would be shipped shortly. My credit card was charged on 9/6 and still I had no product and was told that it would ship shortly. I left about 4-5 voice mails on their tele # and every time it went to the answering machine saying that all representatives were busy helping people, I also sent 3 emails trying to find out why I was told that my order would ship by the 9th if items were not in stock. I got no response at all for about a week (mind I sent 4-5 voicemails and 3 emails that week). So on the 20th of September I received and email saying that my order was sent to a "wrong warehouse" and that they would be shipping my order asap at their expense. On the 23rd of September I received and email saying that my order had finally shipped (3 days after I got the email saying they were sending it out ASAP due to it being sent to a wrong warehouse) so I tracked it and delivery was slated for September the 28th (there was no rush put on the package it shipped UPS ground). I eventually got the package and gameoutfitter.com says they are going to do a refund for my s/h plus give me a refund for 10% off my order. To date I've seen the 10% refunded but I haven't seen the original s/h refunded. The only redeeming quality to this transaction is that I FINALLY got ahold of somebody to work that deal out after all of their bungles. I ordered on 9/6 and got my package on 9/28. Their phone service is a joke as one day I decided to spend some time trying to call them. I musta placed 20 calls at various times throughout the day and EVERY time it went to the answering machine. I learned through google that theses guys had outsourced their customer service to India. Must have been why nobody tried to contact me or they couldn't send more than 1 or 2 emails a week. Humbug to this company!"
"This company has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a game on July 18, 2005 and was given a 3-7 working day delivery. After 8 days, and no game, I called to learn that it was on back order. After 20+ working days they finally e-mailed that it had been sent, but UPS has lost it. I called the company over 15 times and only got an answering machine, I left messages to be called, I never got a call back. I have since found out that their customer service is by a company in India. Don't ever order from gameoutfitter.com if you don't want a very frustrating experience."
"Ordered the Axis & Allies board game (revised edition). They shipped it out and I recieved it in a week. It was nicely packed and not damaged. Shipping was a bit expensive, but it was still cheaper than buy it in the store."
