This is a horrible company that has poor service and does not ship like they promise. I ordered an item that was 'coming in next week' and I am now approaching 60 days after they charged my credit card nad still have not received the item and they stopped responding to email a few weeks ago.

"On September 25th of 2009 I pre-ordered a booster box of Zendikar from Magic: The Gathering. This product was released on October 2nd. As of that date, my order has been listed as being in "the final stages of processing" and is not editable or even able to be canceled. I wrote an email asking for an update and received an update 48 hours later saying my order will be shipped within one to two days. This was a slight delay, but seemed reasonable - even if the email addressed me as "Daniel," which is not my name. In those two days, I didn't get an email notification of shipping or a tracking code, or even an email explaining some other delay, so I sent another email to their so-called "customer service." That was two days ago. I have STILL not received a tracking code to imply the order has been shipped. I have STILL not even received a reply to my last email. My order is still "processing" and cannot be canceled - believe me, I tried.
No other websites I've visited seem to be having problems like this (their website is still listing Zendikar as "To be released on 10/02/09, which as of today is a full week ago).
I've never even imagined a company this negligent. "
"Gameoutfitter.com would appear to be a very unreliable company and shows little regard for customer service or prompt handling of orders. Per their automated email upon my recent order of 200 dollars of merchandise, items would be shipped and arrive in 5 to 7 days OR a prompt notice would be sent to me if there were to be a problem.
Well, to this point, items continue to be 'processing' at day 5, and three email requests for information have been ignored. Further, no prompt notice was given to me.
They violate their own written contract and do not answer emails.
AVOID THIS SELLER and find a better online dealer for your gaming needs.

"I order two games from this store and it still shows in processing status after 5 days.
My biggest annoyance is that they only have a email address for contact info and they do not reply back just to let let me know how long more it will take them to ship the products. If the product needs to be back ordered they should let me know and also give me the chance to cancel my order.
So far this is very bad biz practice."

If you have 3-6 weeks to wait for items go with Gameoutfitter.com, i ordered $800 worth of magic cards mostly magic 2010, only part of their site have it listed as pre order(wasn't listed as pre order in cart or where i added items to cart from). They have no information on their site saying what pre order means in delivery time. They said they have know since 07/20 that items will not be in stock until 08/10. But still even tho i placed the order on 07/21 i had still not been informed about delay until i emailed them 07/27. Their customer service was good though, they refunded the money quickly, But they didn't inform about any problems until I CONTACTED THEM and this is unacceptable when they are aware of problems!!"

"I ordered the new Magic the Gathering Core Set M10 from Game Outfitters on July 19, 2 days after the set's release. I have been checking the status of my order for the last week only to show it as processing. Then, I checked the status today, 7/27/09, and it still said processing, but they had added a note saying that the product will ship when they get it in stock, August 10! Here's my problem: if you are out of stock of something, take it off of your site or list it as back ordered! I ordered 3 boxes for a reason...because I am looking for the new cards so I can use them in my current decks now, not a month down the road!
I ordered from Game Outfitters ONLY because I live in the same state as Star City Games and have to pay sales tax for their orders. Never again! Star City Games goes out of their way to help get your product to you if there is a problem and has a customer service line that you can call and talk to someone about your issue, not some lame email address that someone might check in 24-48 hours.
You fail, Game "Out-of-stock"-fitters. I will shop elsewhere and others should do the same.

" I ordered from gameoutfitter July1st. They emailed me and said the order shipped on July 3rd. It is July 17th today and I still haven't gotten it. I can't cancel the order from the site as it is supposed to have shipped. Checking the UPS tracking number says UPS has not received anything but billing info. Where is my package? JAR"

And I now cannot cancel my order online to order it somewhere that might deliver in a timely manner.

"Although I've been very please with my orders from GameOutfitters in the past, unfortunately, I have to say that this last one was rough going.
I had ordered two cases of the latest Star Wars miniatures release, Dark Times, but received only one. It took over 30 days and multiple emails before I could finally get a refund.
I'm hoping the order I put in today will go much more smoothly!
