"Horrible customer service! I placed an order on Dec 5, got notice of invoice but no notice of shipping. I contacted customer service via their one an only method - email - on Dec 12 and did not receive a reply until late on Dec 15th. Order was delayed due to out of stock on one item. On Dec 15th I asked them to remove that item and ship the rest via expedited shipping. Dec 17th I get a notification that the new order could not ship because now another item was out of stock. I then canceled my order. Purchasing something should not be this hard!"
"I ordered a game from this company- was sent an e-mail telling me it was shipped. I e-mailed when I haven't received it after 2 weeks. I was told that they thought it had shipped- it would ship out the next day. 14 e-mails later- I was given the info to call the Post Office to locate my package. I never received my game & was given a refund. Very poor service here. "

"This is a buyer BEWARE notice:
I ordered a booster box of M:TG cards along with 2 other items on July 31st. I received an automated order confirm email but never a ship confirm email. M first email inquiry about my order was answered promptly assuring me the order had shipped.
The order arrived 12 days after i ordered it, and it was incomplete. I contacted them immediately, they responded that they would reship the missing item "soon, but probably through USPS" (aka slower and cheaper) and so i shouldnt expect to receive a tracking number.
When i replied expressing my displeasure with their lack of customer service, they never responded. I emailed again, and again, no response. I emailed them again yesterday, now 20 days since my initial order and 1 week since i contacted them about the missing item, and still nothing.
I will contact my credit card company and dispute the amount of the missing item.
I suggest you think long and hard before trying to save a few dollars with GameOutfitter, i'll never order from them again and i'll make sure everyone in the M:TG industry knows what they can expect from them."
"I ordered the settlers of catan bundle pack. All 3 games with 3 expansions for about 121 bux by searching for catan bundle with google and finding this price under the "shopping results for catan bundle" link. Best price I could find out there, and if you were to go to the site, and find the same item, it is more money. Must be a promo that google has for using their search engine, I don't know. Anyway, ordered it ground on a Tuesday, received the order confirmation immediately. Received my shipping confirmation 3 days later, and the game shortly after. They did not return my email inquiries for a tracking number, but I eventually got the number. Games all arrived in great condition. So, if you're looking for the cheapest place, but aren't in a huge rush for the games, and don't care about getting a hold of an actual person, this is the place! I would most likely buy from again. But it would be nice to receive a reply to my emails being their immediate email back to you says, "will reply to most requests within 24 hours." Oh well. Just glad I got my stuff...."

Be careful to check over your order. Though the prices are great, we once had them mix up our order and send us Seafarers instead of Starfarers.

"The online site was good and the prices for the Settlers of Catan were quite competitive. I ordered 4 items but only received 3 when my package arrived. I had to send two emails over a two week period to finally get the missing item shipped (the base Settlers game). Customer Service was polite but it was frustrating to have it take over 3 weeks to get the missing part of the order replaced. I was unable to play the game until the complete order was filled."
