"THese guys and or gals kick ass. Ordered it the 8th of January. got both update emails about processing and shipped on the 9th of January. When I came home from working out of town Saturday the 14th it was in the mail box. Packaged well and all components as descibed on the site. I highly suggest them for you mods. Couldn't be happier with them and their service.
I will order any more mods I need from them.

"This place is a complete scam! Stay away. I placed an order on the 4th and never shipped out till the 10th. Their site clearly states 2-3 days shipping then they email you saying it is 4-7 days after you paid. No phone number or email responses. I am now well past the 4-7 business day mark and still have not received my merchantdise. This has to be one of the worst online transactions ive done in about 5 years."

"I must say I was a little worried at first because of the low rating of this store here. I sent them an email question about a concern I had over the weekend, and they responded the next day (Sunday). Ordered a chip that day, and received it Wednesday via First Class Mail. Arrived in good condition in a tyvek envelope, and the item worked just fine. Very satisfied with my experience, and intend to shop here again in the future. Thank you guys."

"Great prices, NOT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE like they say. I order the smartxx v2 haloween on Friday, January 14th. Granted, I ordered it at night so I didn't expect it to ship until Monday. Come monday afternoon, I get a generic email saying "Order Status: Shipped". Now I am excited! I wait till Tuesday, nothing. Emailed, no response. I waited till Wednesday, nothing. Emailed, no response. I then called them, left a message. On thursday i get a call that they have not received the shipment from the manufacturer, and will ship once it comes... hardly my fault. Come friday, still nothing. I called them again, now the lady said that due to a snow storm the shipment was delayed. So much for paying for overnight delivery. I wait more, it FINALLY ships on Monday, January 24th. I recieved it today, a week and a half later, they did throw in another usb adaptor for the trouble, but I am just upset about the overnight delivery not being overnight. They will fulfill orders, so they are legit. If I were you however, I would not pay for overnight, you will not get it the next day, its worth it to save the $5 and wait the week and a half."

"Price was lowest that could be found for the SmartXX v2 (Haloween) I paid for overnight Airborne Express, I was notified of shipment the same day of order, but it actually shipped 2 day later. The shipping took 3 days (2 nights, hardly overnight). The chip was a buggy model, worked but not fully. I have contacted them about this so far, and have not heard back. So far, not the best service, but decent prices.

I've RMAed the chip, after it was reported delivered, I had to contact them numerous times to confirm it through them. They then told me that they normally shipped it back withing 3 days (it had already been those three days). Then, two days later, on a tuesday, they sent me an email saying the chips would not be in untill that wednesday, and they would ship it then. I contacted them wednesday night, thursday night, and friday night by email, ut still have not recieved any confirmation of shipment.

Do not use this company unless you wish to wait weeks for them to flash a new bios to a product that they should heve done it to already.

"I ordered a chip from gameshopusa and recieved it the next day with overnight shipping. However, I ordered a second chip a few days later with overnight shipping and I have not recieved it yet. I ordered it on October 25th and it is now the 29th. I have emailed them and have not gotten a response.

Update: It is November 8th now and I have still not recieved the chip. They responded to one of my messages on the third stating that they called to verify the address. I verified by responding to them and was hoping to recieve the chip soon. However, I did not recieve the chip and have sent them a message once again asking what the delay is.

"That business seems very good to me. They take between half a day and a full day to answer e-mails. It seems reasonnable to me since some big business never answer.

I had to wait about 20 week days to receive my order in Canada (don't forget the package is checked before it enters in Canada, so there is an extra delay). Since I took the standard USPS shipping, I expected 12 week days to receive it since GameShopUSA told me it should take that amount of days. So I was pacnicking a little bit after 12 days. If you want to get your item fast, this is not the good store I guess. At least they send the items :)

Before they ship the items, it was easy for me to get answers to my questions and I got informations the shipping would be delayed of 6 days because one item was backorder. They gave me a free USB cable for XBox for free because of that delay. After I got a message saying the package was shipped, I contacted them after 12 week days and never got answers about the delay in shpping. I guess they are annoyed by impatient peoples (hehe).

I got my items but a little piece a wire I do not really need (but is suppose to be shipped with one of the item I ordered) was not in the package. Since there was having a little hole in the sealed bag of my item, I got my idea of how it could be lost. I don't think it is GameShopUSA fault BTW.

Their price are the best online for that kind of shop. I would recommand it to anyone who is able to wait (since a lot of people complain about the time it takes for shipping, I guess I can say that). On another way, you can ask for another kind of shippings not listed on the ordering page (like I could had got a tracking number for 13$ extra, but I did not since I was protected from fraud with my VISA credit card).

You should buy from that store, they are not thief (from my first experience with them). I talked about them to my friends. If you go read on forums, you can find a 5$ coupon code that will pay for your shipping (I did not use it because I forgot about it. I wrote them an e-mail to get that e-mail, but they said they could cancel my order for me to use it, but I said no since the price was already low and I did not want to redo the order a second time just for 5$).

Well, I guess if that store get more customers, it will have better e-mail support after the items are shipped.

I did not have a chance to test their customer service since all my items work very well.

"I placed my order for a premodded xbox on August 18th. After sending several e-mails and getting no responce I finally get an e-mail over two weeks later saying there was a problem with my credit card and to verify the information. I gave them the wrong experation date which I fixed. Another few weeks go by and I send more e-mails and hear nothing. Finally I get a response from a PM I sent on xbox-scene.com, they said they've been having problems with their mail server and that they needed my vrified information again. Finally on September 17th they said it would ship within two business days. It is now the 27th and still nothing.. and as usual, no responses to my messages anymore."

"I used overnight shipping and it worked great. Ordered Thurs night, received Monday morning. GameShopUSA called on Friday to adjust some billing issues. They offered to throw in a free programmer, but didn't. Product was packaged well in bubblewrap and works fine.

Overall great price, good service. I do think I was given special treatment because I paid for overnight shipping.

"I don't have an order # because I paid with a money order. This is Eric Woodard.

It turns out that they didn't ship it on 7/26. They said that got everything straightened out and shipped it out on last Tuesday (8/10) using Fedex 2-Day Express. It is Monday 8/16 and I have not received anything.

I'm not even sure that they shipped it because they failed to give me a tracking #.

There customer service sucks. They never respond to me through email. And on AIM they are always away and when I do contact them they say that they will be right back and never get back to me.

If this continues and they continue to dodge me I will file a claim and report them to the Better Business Bureau.

If GameShopUSA sees this they better respond or the next thing they will here is the Better Business Bureau contacting them!

I have also seen that they do not respond to people who have complaints about there order on this website either.
