I would like to have my NEXT DAY shipping refunded from my order. I placed the order Sunday via internet and received a partial order Tuesday. This is Thursday and I have yet to receive the rest of the order. Both items were listed in-stock. Allowing a business day(Monday) to process the order, I should have received the ENTIRE order Tuesday. This to me is the meaning of NEXT DAY. Because the parts did not arrive Tuesday, I can no longer use them and was forced to purchase the items locally at a much higher cost. I contacted your customer service representative Monday and was told the parts would arrive today (WEDNESDAY). Besides being unacceptable, the parts did not even arrive today! When I attempted to contact your customer support representative before the 5:30 pm (PST) time limit stated on your website, I discovered, according to your voice message, that your office closes at 5:00pm. Having placed a call at 4:30, 4:45, 4:57, and at 5:15, and receiving only a voice recording of times and messages, I can only conclude that your business actually closes at 4:30pm or earlier.
Needless to say I am very disappointed in your business and will not be ordering parts from you again, nor will any of my customers. It is also pointless for me to return the items, and be charged by your company for said return shipping as stated in your return policy.
If this information is directed to the wrong party, please forward to the necessary individual so that I may receive some aid in this matter. I would also appreciate any information as to when I CAN expect the rest of my order.

Maria (my wife) teaches computer programming at a local high school here, in Las Vegas. We have ordered our entire system from the web, piece by piece. That began in November 2001. Fed-Ex delivered right to the door and helped get the package inside. This supplier has had one of the best purchasing programs we have found. Excellent, really EXCELLENT!!!"
"My order was charged to my account on the 29th of December but nothing was done with it till I called on the 6th of January asking where my merchandise was. Since everything else I had ordered from other sites had been here since the 3rd of January. I was told they would call me back and let me know where in the warehouse my order was, I never got a call back but I recieved a E-mail after 6pm telling me my order had been shipped. What would have happened if I had not called them? This is the first time I have used them my step-son said they were a good site and I would get my products fast. I guess he was wrong or somebody let the ball drop. I don't know if I will use them again."

"I decided to opt for the 'rush fee' and saw on the next day that my order had been "sent to the warehouse" and was not listed as shipped for the previous day. So I called customer service and the representative began to get very rude with me because I called them at 9:30AM on the West Coast. And I quote "Sir, I don't think you understand we just opened up. We will send you the tracking number later. You are in Tennessee I don't think you know that it is early in the morning here in California." I've worked as a Customer Service Representative for Hollicom Computers so I have experience dealing with customers. This is possibly the most horrible excuse he could have given me. Blaming me for calling to early. If your store is open, it doesn't matter what time of day it is. In no way did I approach him as rude or try to come off that way. He shot his mouth off at me because it was too early in the morning for him. I asked to cancel my order and speak with a manager. He put me on hold and never responded. I called back and spoke with another representative that resolved the situation and IMMEDIATELY emailed me my tracking number stating that it was probably "too early in the morning" for the other rep. So basically, you can expect mixed results when dealing with these people. I won't be buying from them again because I was insulted."
"The card was ordered on the 30th and was supposedly in stock at time of order. One week later I sent an email to get a fairly quick reply that it was on backorder. The card was received on the 7th. I'm quite dissapointed that the picture on the site was not the same card that came in the box. There is no heatsink on the card. There is a very small fan unlike the one pictured."
